ABOUT US

R.O.C.K (Reach Out, Care, Know) is high school community dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness and boosting the emotional well-being of students, through school-wide events and initiatives. Students participate in trainings, so they know how to be a "ROCK" -- someone who is able to 

approach a friend who may be battling a mental health issue, provide support, and connect them to the help they need and deserve.
